I created the storyboard of the exhibition, researched and wrote the texts as well as collaborated on its design.
The museum wanted to offer a different perspective on graffiti that would promote an intergenerational discussion on this divisive subject in the Valleyfield community. I presented the phenomenon of graffiti from historical, sociological, economic, philosophical and psychological angles to open the conversation and go beyond its association with petty crime. The scenography invited the visitors on a journey through time, beginning with cave paintings and ending with graffiti as a recognized art form.
